KLA-TENCOR COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF THERMA-WAVE
SAN JOSE, CA, May 25, 2007 — KLA-Tencor Corporation (NasdaqGS: KLAC) today announced it has completed its acquisition of Therma-Wave Corporation (Nasdaq: TWAV).
