NOTE 15 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
During the three and six months ended December 31, 2017 and 2016, the Company purchased from, or sold to, several entities, where one or more executive officers of the Company or members of the Company’s Board of Directors, or their immediate family members, were, during the periods presented, an executive officer or a board member of a subsidiary, including Citrix Systems, Inc., Integrated Device Technology, Inc., Keysight Technologies, Inc., MetLife Insurance K.K., NetApp, Inc., and Proofpoint, Inc. The following table provides the transactions with these parties for the indicated periods (for the portion of such period that they were considered related):

The Company’s receivable balances from these parties were $0.5 million as of December 31, 2017 and immaterial as of June 30, 2017. The Company’s payable balance from these parties was immaterial at December 31, 2017 and June 30, 2017. Management believes that such transactions are at arm’s length and on similar terms as would have been obtained from unaffiliated third parties.
