During the three and six months ended December 31, 2019 and 2018, we purchased from, or sold to, several entities, where one or more of our executive officers or members of our Board of Directors, or their immediate family members, were, during the periods presented, an executive officer or a board member of a subsidiary, including Anaplan, Inc. Citrix Systems, Inc., Integrated Device Technology, Inc., Keysight Technologies, Inc., NetApp, Inc. and Proofpoint, Inc.
