During the three and six months ended December 31, 2022 and 2021, we purchased from, or sold to, several entities where one or more of our executive officers or members of our Board of Directors or their immediate family members were, during the periods presented, an executive officer or a board member of a subsidiary, including Citrix Systems, Inc., HP Inc., Keysight Technologies, Inc., Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., Microchip Technology Incorporated, Splunk Inc. and Ansys, Inc.
