During the three months ended September 30, 2021 and 2020, we purchased from, or sold to, several entities, where one or more of our executive officers or members of our Board of Directors or their immediate family members were, during the periods presented, an executive officer or a board member of a subsidiary, or in the case of The Vanguard Group, Inc., together with its affiliates, beneficially owns more than 10% of our outstanding stock, including Ansys, Inc., Citrix Systems, Inc., HP Inc., Keysight Technologies, Inc., and Proofpoint, Inc.
