During the three months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, we purchased from, or sold to, several entities, where one or more of our executive officers or members of our Board of Directors, or their immediate family members, were, during the periods presented, an executive officer or a board member of a subsidiary, or in the case of The Vanguard Group, Inc. beneficially owns more than 10% of our outstanding stock, including Anaplan, Inc., Ansys, Inc., Citrix Systems, Inc., HP Inc., Keysight Technologies, Inc., Proofpoint, Inc. and The Vanguard Group, Inc.
